George’s Ranch is an all acreage, estate community located on HWY 46 just East of booming Boerne, Texas. Named after its previous owner – George Wilkins Kendall, the namesake of Kendall County, it is a prominent legacy ranch in the Texas Hill Country.

George’s Ranch sprawls over 1100 acres of gently rising post-oak covered hills that slope across green meadows to a spring fed creek choked with cattails and peppery water cress. Our goal is to tread lightly on the land, protect property values with thoughtful covenants and deliver artful and inspirational street scenes.   The original farmhouses and barns that were meticulously built of cedar and stone proudly remain and will be repurposed and restored for homeowner’s enjoyment.  We welcome you to explore this rugged piece of history.
